Your articles have been finished and now it's time to put them in your website. If you think it's easy; you just have to copy and paste all your articles to your website, then you make a big mistake! Your competitor had done the same thing, and we knew that his web pages contain many weakness. As the writer, you are allowed to include your biography (including your website's address) in the resources section at the end of your articles. These articles will be distributed freely. There are thousands of free articles directories; you can find them in Google by using "free articles directory" as your keyword. - Submitting to free directories
Besides using search engines, many people like to use directories to find their favorite website. If you look for the biggest free directories, you can try DMOZ. They offer free submission, their database is used by many search engines (this can help you getting listed in many search engines); unfortunately it takes months (some even years) to get approved. You can take another path by using niche directories. What is that? Niche directory is a directory that contains similar websites as yours. You can find them in Google by using "health directory" or "plastic surgery directory" as your keyword.

Making money from Google Adsense is not as easy as people said. Many have tried it and then giving up after 3 - 4 months. They have done all the above steps; and when finally their incomes didn't meet their expectations, they thought they have been fooled. Big mistake! The secret of Google Adsense is traffic! Without enough traffic, no matter how much our cost per click is, we will never get rich. Then what should we do to increase our visitors? By updating our contents regularly and doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO)! The main purpose of SEO is increasing our website's ranking so it shows up in the first page of search engine result pages. We have implemented some of the SEO techniques in the step 6 above. What we haven't done is doing link building. To increase our ranking, we have to establish a lot of inbound links from other high quality websites.
